Understanding Behaviour that Challenges TQUK Certificate Level 2

This qualification is great for anyone who working in Adult Health and Social Care. The course materials explore how methods and practices have changed throughout the years in relation to legislation and changes in attitude. Rather than trying to change the behaviour we look at what triggers the behaviour and how we can remove these trigger points.

On average the course takes 14 weeks to complete. Time frame depends on the time you have available and your prior knowledge.

Whether working online or with paper materials you are supplied with all the information required to complete the course. The assessments are made up of questions asking you to describe, explain, identify or list information. To be able to pass this qualification answers must be in your own words, using sentences and paragraphs.
