Information Advice or Guidance TQUK Certificate Level 2

This nationally recognised qualification crosses all sectors and is a fantastic addition to your CV.
During the course, you will explore the difference between giving advice, information, and guidance and where one stops and the other starts. You will need to reflect on your own role and experiences and the referral processes used, ensure you're gathering the right data and asking the right questions whilst communicating with people on different levels.

On average the course takes 14 weeks to complete. The time frame depends on the time you have available and your prior knowledge.
Whether working online or with paper materials you are supplied with all the information required to complete the course. The assessments are made up of questions asking you to describe, explain, identify or list information. To be able to pass this qualification answers must be in your own words, using sentences and paragraphs.
