Falls Prevention Awareness TQUK Certificate Level 2

Falls represent the most frequent type of action and the implications put a huge financial burden on social services and families. This course looks at the causes of falls, how you could minimise the risk of falls and how to support an individual who has had a fall resulting in a serious injury or change in need. It is ideal for those working in the social care sector or caring for relative or friend.
On average the course takes 14 weeks to complete. Time frame depends on the time you have available and your prior knowledge.
Whether working online or with paper materials you are supplied with all the information required to complete the course. The assessments are made up of questions asking you to describe, explain, identify or list information. To be able to pass this qualification answers must be in your own words, using sentences and paragraphs.
