We are offering a unique apprenticeship allowing for candidates to learn all areas of the business culminating in becoming a multi-skilled and highly valued engineer. The successful candidate will receive training through both Leicester college, gaining a level 3 machining technician qualification.

What you will do in your working day

Duties include:

  • apprentice will be learning all aspects of the business, starting with basic operations to show confidence and ability to learn/follow instructions

  • complex operations such as inspection, surface grinding and CNC machining

  • reading instructions and completing paperwork

The training you will be getting

  • Machining Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard

  • You will attend college one day per week at the Abbey Park Campus

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • Once qualified you can progress onto a HTQ programme or management apprenticeship.
